Well established tourist company Air Safaris wanted a new automated Gift Voucher system put in place on their website. It needed to be easy care for the staff (automated) take online payments and produce a suitable voucher.
Due to the makeup of their existing website, Medlicott Design had to create a whole new website on a separate hosting platform that matched the existing website and then integrate the two websites so that visitors would not necessarily notice that they were on different websites when using it.
To make it easy to manage for staff the WordPress content management system was used to build the website on and using the ‘Woocommerce’ eCommerce solution installed along with a robust gift card plugin.
The result, while looks simple to visitors involved quite a complex backend solution, but happy with the outcome.
